Withdraw a Service Request or Incident

  • Log into the my.utrgv.edu portal.
  • Click on IT Support Center application.
  • From Quick Links on the right, click on “My Tickets.”
  • Click on the title of the ticket.
  • Click on the red Withdraw Request button.
  • Select the reason, enter desired comments and click on Withdraw.
  • Click on OK to confirm.
