Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Staff, Faculty, Researchers

Steps to Request

  1. Title: Provide a descriptive title for your SharePoint site.
  2. Email of Requestor: Enter your email address for communication.
  3. Contact #: Include a phone number where you can be reached.
  4. Suggested Site Name: Propose a site name (availability and business use will be considered).
  5. Business Use: Specify the purpose or function of the site (e.g., project collaboration, document sharing).
  6. Primary Owner Email: Indicate the email address of the primary owner who will have full control rights.
  7. Secondary Owner Email: If applicable, provide the email address of a secondary owner.
  8. Site Members’ Emails: List the email addresses of individuals who will be site members.
  9. Initial Visitors’ Emails: Include email addresses of users who will have read-only access.
  10. Confidential Data: Confirm whether the site will store confidential information.
