Training Management Portal

What Is It?

The UTRGV Training Management Portal simplifies training session management. Students, faculty, and staff can view upcoming courses, register for sessions, check registration status, and access attendance records. Trainers with admin access create and manage sessions, set up course templates, create multiple course instances, and handle attendance. To gain admin access, trainers must complete the UTRGV Training Management Portal: Administrator Training.

Researchers, Staff, Faculty, Students

Steps to Request

  1. Title: Provide a descriptive title for the request. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person making the request.
  2. Contact #: Specify a phone number for further communication.
  3. Trainer or Trainee: Indicate whether this request pertains to a trainer or a trainee.
  4. Role of the Requestor: Choose from the options: Student, Staff, or Faculty.
  5. Full Details: Include all relevant information related to the request.
