Create new Jabber accounts and extensions.
Request New Softphone Account
Submit a Request Service and enter the following for the noted fields:
- Short Description: New Softphone / Jabber Account
- Service Request Description: Include the email address, existing phone number, and identifier (six-character username - e.g., abc123) for all employees included in the request.
To report an issue with an existing softphone account or configuration, submit a Something Broken form.
