2. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person submitting the request. This ensures proper communication and updates.
3. Contact #: Include a phone number where the requestor can be reached. This allows for direct communication if needed.
4. Department: Specify the UTRGV department or unit associated with the app. This ensures proper categorization and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Suggested Site Name: Propose a name for the app. Provide a relevant name.
6. What Will the App Do?: Describe the purpose and functionality of the application. Is it for collaboration, data collection, or a specific process?
7. List Any Vendors Involved: If any external vendors are part of the project, mention them here.
8. List Any Software Involved: Specify the software components or technologies that will be used to build the web application (e.g., Django, PostgreSQL).
9. Business Justification: Explain why this application is needed. Is it streamlining processes, improving efficiency, or enhancing user experience?
