What Is It?

eFax enables active UTRGV employees to send and receive faxes directly through Microsoft Outlook. Key benefits include secure fax delivery, eliminating the need for physical copies, and efficient administration of fax services. To receive eFaxes, ensure you have an assigned eFax telephone number linked to your department email account.

Steps to Request

  1. Title: Provide a concise title or description for the task.
  2. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person making the request.
  3. Contact #: Specify a phone number for direct communication.
  4. Enter Department Email: Specify the departmental email address that needs to be linked. Additional Details: Include any relevant information or context related to this setup.
