Faculty Class Schedules from the student information system that are maintained by the Office of the Registrar are loaded every semester to the corresponding faculty Outlook Calendar.
This is to allow determination of availability for meeting scheduling between faculty and/or staff. Only classes with a fixed meeting time and location are selected so all online, dissertation, practicum, internship or independent study will be excluded.
