URL/Domain Reclassification

What Is It?

This service allows you to request the reclassification of domains that may have been miscategorized.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Faculty, Students, Staff, Researchers

Steps to Request

1. Click the Request service button
2. You will be redirected to a website outside UTRGV at Palo Alto Networks
3. Search for the domain that you wish to reclassify. The search will provide the current categorization and a "Request Change" option is available to be selected.
4. Once selected the user can pick a new category and comment as to why it needs recategorization,
5. Enter email address and confirm.
