Microsoft Office 365 - Add or Update Profile Photo

You can upload or change your Office 365 profile photo. This photo will sync across Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, and other Office 365 services.

 

Update Your Profile Photo

  1. Go to the Microsoft Account profile page
  2. Select the pencil (edit) icon next to your profile picture.

  3. Select Change.
    Change photo window displaying options to upload a new profile picture, adjust zoom, rotate the image, and save changes.
  4. Browse for and select the photo you want to upload.
  5. After the photo uploads, use the available controls to adjust the crop and zoom as needed.
  6. Select Save to apply your changes.

 

Important Notes

It may take up to 72 hours for your new profile photo to appear across all Microsoft applications.
