The UTRGV IT Department does not create or manage Apple IDs. Users may use an existing Apple ID or create a new one to access Apple services and devices.

Recover an Apple ID
If you need help recovering your Apple ID (for example, if you forgot your password or cannot sign in), you must contact Apple Support directly. UTRGV IT cannot assist with Apple ID recovery.
