Zoom - Change Default Recording Location to UTRGV OneDrive

This article explains how to change the default save location for Zoom recordings to your UTRGV OneDrive folder.

 

Before You Begin

  • Ensure the OneDrive app is installed and running on your computer.
  • Make sure you are signed in to OneDrive with your UTRGV account.

 

Steps to Change Default Recording Location

  1. Open the Zoom desktop application and sign in.
    • Select SSO.

    • If prompted, enter utrgv in the domain field.

  2. Select your profile icon in the top right, then choose Settings.

  3. In the left panel, select Recording.
  4. Next to Storage location, select Change.
  5. Browse to your UTRGV OneDrive folder and select the desired location.
  6. Select OK to save your changes.
