Copy Content from one Brightspace Course to Another

Easily transfer course materials between Brightspace courses with this step-by-step guide! Learn how to copy assignments, discussions, quizzes, and other content from one course to another, ensuring a seamless setup.

Follow these simple steps to save time and streamline your course management!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Login to Brightspace and access the course you need content copied to.
  2. Click the Course Admin link in the navbar.

  3. Under Site Resources, click Import/Export/Copy Components.

  4. Select the Copy Components from another Org Unit option, and then select search for offering.

  5. Search and select the course offering you need content from.

  6. Select Copy All Components and wait for process to complete.

  7. Go back to the Content area to verify that the copy was a success after the progress is completed.

 

Troubleshooting Tips:

In the event that the progress takes too long, you may need to refresh the page or clear cookies and cache. Delete Browsing Data from Chrome | Computer/Android/iPhone & iPad
