Simple Syllabus
Simple Syllabus is UTRGV’s syllabus management platform designed to make creating, publishing, and accessing course syllabi easier and more consistent. Instructors can use Simple Syllabus to build their course syllabus using a standardized template while adding course-specific information such as learning objectives, assignments, grading policies, schedules, and other important details.
Simple Syllabus is integrated with Brightspace, allowing instructors to access and manage their syllabus directly from their courses. Once published, students can conveniently access the most current version of their syllabus from Brightspace.

- Virtual Office Hours will be available to help faculty through the Simple Syllabus transition.
- Sessions will be held every Tuesday in August.
- Time: 2:30–3:30 p.m.
- Faculty can join using the following Zoom link.
- We will provide basic support, such as how to edit or access the tool
