Adobe Creative Cloud - Download and Install

Adobe Creative Cloud is available for UTRGV employees on UTRGV-managed computers and for students in university computer labs.

  • Students: Available in campus computer labs only (not supported for off-campus installation).
  • Full-Time Faculty/Staff: Automatically granted access to Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Part-Time Staff: Access requires approval through a request process. Please see Adobe Creative Cloud Information.
  • Non-Paid Staff/Faculty (POI, Emeritus, etc.): Not eligible for access.

Install Adobe Creative Cloud

UTRGV full-time employees who are licensed for Adobe Creative Cloud can install it on UTRGV-owned and personal computers.

Important: Close all Microsoft Office applications before starting. Installation may take time and pause intermittently.

 

UTRGV-Owned Computers

Windows

  1. Open Software Center or Company Portal.
  2. Locate Adobe Creative Cloud Manager.
  3. Select Install.
  4. Allow the installation to complete.

 

macOS

  1. Open Self Service.
  2. Locate Adobe CC Desktop Manager.
  3. Select Install.
  4. Allow the installation to complete

 

Personal Computers

  1. Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud website.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Sign in using your UTRGV email address and password.
  4. Select Desktop Apps.
  5. Locate Creative Cloud and select Download.
  6. Open the downloaded file to begin installation.
