Obtain the IP Address from a Konica Printer

This article provides steps to locate the IP address or MAC address on a Konica printer using the device menu or by printing a configuration page.

View the IP Address on the Printer

1. At the printer, press the Menu button.
2. Select Utility.
3. Select Device Information.
4. Locate the IPv4 Address.
   • The IP address is typically in the format: 10.228.XX.XXX

Print the Configuration Page

Alternatively, you may print the configuration page to view the printer’s network information:

1. At the printer, press the Menu button.
2. Select Utility.
3. Select User Settings.
4. Select Printer Settings.
5. Select Print Reports.
6. Select Configuration Page.
7. Select Start to print the report.

Exit the Menu

• Press the Reset (yellow) button to return to the main screen.
