To forward calls from your Cisco desk phone, follow the instructions below.
From ON CAMPUS
Note that you enter the number to forward to just as you would dial it.
- Local 9 + (7 digits)
- Long distance 9 + 1 + area code + (7 digits)
Cisco 7800 series (7821, 7841, 7861)
To forward calls - Press Fwd All, enter the phone number to forward to
Cancel call forwarding - Press Fwd Off
Cisco 8800 series
To forward calls - Select a line, press Forward All, enter the phone number to forward to
Cancel call forwarding - Press Forward off
Cisco 7900 series (7942, 7962)
To forward calls - Press CFwdAll, enter the phone number to forward to, press Accept softkey
Cancel call forwarding - Ensure handset is hung up and press CFwdAll
