Microsoft Authenticator App - App Lock Settings

You can modify the device lock settings enforced by the Authenticator app (device PIN or fingerprint).

Remove the requirement to unlock your device when accepting a push or opening the app:

  • Open the Authenticator App.
  • Unlock your device.
  • Tap on the 3 menu dots and select Settings.

  • Under the Security section, turn off App Lock (slide it to the left).

  • Close the app.
