eShipGlobal - New Account, Account Change, Password Help

Request a New Account or Account/Project Number Change on Existing Account:

To request a new E-Ship Global account or a modification (such as an account/project number change) to an existing account, an Access Request Form must be submitted:

  • Category:  Departmental
  • Resource:  E-Ship Global Shipment Application
  • Description:  Enter information as to whether this is for a new E-Ship Global account, to change the account on an existing one, etc.


eShipGlobal Log-in Page  https://enterprise.eshipglobal.com/login

  • Client ID:  RGV
  • User Name:  firstname.lastname (not your full UTRGV email address)
  • Password:  Your eShipGlobal password (not your regular UTRGV password)​​​​​​

Password Help:  Select the Forgot your Password? link on the log-in page.  Enter the Client ID of RGV, enter your UTRGV email address, and then select Submit.


Additional Help

For name and email address changes, continue to use your old eShipGlobal account or request a brand new one.   The name/email address on an existing eShipGlobal account cannot be modified.
