Play Cisco Voice Mail Attachment Without Downloading the File

When previewing / playing a Cisco voice received via email attachment, you may receive error, "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it."    View the instructions in the video below to change the default app used to play *.wav files by default to Windows Media Player to fix this issue.
