You may receive an error message, "Panopto needs to be updated to connect to this server."
Update Panopto
- At the update prompt, select the Download Now button.
You can also initiate the download from the top of the Panopto application window. Click on the cloud icon.
- Once the file has been downloaded, browse to your Downloads folder and right-click on the downloaded file (panoptorecorder***.exe), and select "UTRGV-Run Elevated." This will run the update with admin rights.
- If prompted for permission to run the file from an Unknown Publisher, select Run.
- Accept all remaining defaults and file location prompts to finish the installation.
