Access to PeopleSoft -> Manager Self Service -> Team Performance menu is dynamically assigned. Supervisors that have employees assigned (that are due an evaluation) will have access to the Team Performance menu.
Occasionally, an appraisal must be completed by a prior supervisor. If access is needed when there are no current employees assigned, an access request form must be submitted.

After submitting the access request form, you will receive an automated email to approve the EULA agreement. Once the EULA is approved, the request will auto-route to the appropriate approvers and then to IT for processing.
