How To Sign Into Concur:
Concur uses your current UTRGV credentials. If you are unable to login to Concur Reset Your UTRGV Password.
1. Open the Concur website in any web browser "https://www.concursolutions.com/".
2. Type in your UTRGV Email > "Next" > Click "UT Rio Grande Valley SSO" > Click "OK"
How To: Setup Concur App on Mobile Devices
1. Open "https://www.concur.com/en-us/mobile" on a mobile device and select the mobile device's Operating System (Android or iOS).
2. Depending on the type of mobile device this will either open in the App Store or Google Play. Once there, click the download option. (Ex. SAP Concur for iPhone).
3. Open the application and type in your UTRGV email and click "Next".
4. Click "Sign in with UT Rio Grande Valley SSO".
5. Sign in with your UTRGV credentials (email and password).
6. If you would like to receive notifications regarding your trips click "Allow" otherwise click "Don't Allow" > Click "Next".
7. Click "Next" > "Get Started" > "Enable" or "Cancel" to activate Face ID to sign into the application (Not offered on all mobile devices.)
8. The home screen of the application is shown below.
