IMPORTANT: Please make sure any installation files are in Downloads folder, otherwise installation will NOT proceed.

  1. Open Downloads folder.
  2. Double Click on the Application you want to install.

3. A pop-up will appear named “Elevate Trusted”, verify that is the application you want to install and click OK

4. Continue normally with installation process.

 

CyberArk – Windows Software Installation (MFA)

Non-signed software installations will require MFA authentication.

  1. Open Downloads folder
  2. Double click on the application you want to install.

3. A pop-up will appear named “Launch with elevated privileges”, verify that is the application you want to install and click OK

4. A new pop-up window will appear asking for your credentials following by your password and hitting Sign In.

5. After approving this step with your MFA, continue normally with installation.
