A critical component of the UTRGV IT and Data Governance program is the organization structure, which is composed of multiple committees shown in the organization structure below. Each committee has a charter that defines its membership, role and scope. In addition, there are certain members appointed to multiple committees to ensure effective communication and collaboration between them.
