Access

Students, Faculty, and Staff should follow the instructions to get access to Qualtrics:

  1. Read the Knowledge Base Article (KBA) on Surveys (Qualtrics Application)
  2. Complete an Access Request
  3. Accept the terms and conditions in the email notification sent to your email address.
  4. Log in to my.utrgv.edu.
  5. Click the Qualtrics icon under Applications.
