• Does information in accordions print normally?

  Content that is in unexpanded accordions is not printed. Ensure that you have expanded accordions for any content you want to print.

  Why can't I add video notes?

  The ability to add video notes is controlled by a permission set by your administrator. If you do not see the Add Video Note option, you do not have the required permission. Videos respect the settings defined in the Attributes page.

  Why are my options in Media Library restricted?

  Your capabilities in Media Library will vary depending on your institution. If a functionality is not available that you need, contact your instructor or institution.
