Lumen & Brightspace: Generate and Import a Lumen OHM Course Cartridge

Introduction:

This support article goes over the process to generate an export package and import it into your Brightspace course.

Generate Lumen OHM Course Cartridge
  1. 1. Access Lumen Learning (https://ohm.lumenlearning.com)
  2. 2. Click on your course name from the list of courses you are teaching.
  3. 3. Select Export from the left-hand menu.

  4. 4. Select D2L Brightspace from the LMS dropdown menu.
  5. 5. Click on Download Export Cartridge.

  6. 6. Now, proceed with the importing process in Brightspace.
Import the Lumen OHM Course Cartridge to your Brightspace Course
  1. 1. Access your Brightspace course.
  2. 2. Click on Course Admin from the course navbar.
  3. 3. Select Import/Export/Copy Components.
  4. 4. Select Import Components and click on Start.
  5. 5. Upload the Lumen course cartridge that you previously downloaded.
  6. 6. Select Import All Components.
  7. 7. Select View imported component once the import process is completed.
  8. 8. You should see your Lumen content now on the course menu.
