Adobe Creative Cloud is available in the student computer labs. Adobe Creative Cloud is not available for students for off campus use.
Adobe Creative Cloud is available for most faculty/staff.
Installing Adobe Creative Cloud Manager and Applications on UTRGV Computers
NOTE: Close any Microsoft Office applications before starting the installation. Several long pauses are normal.
UTRGV Windows Computers:
- Locate and open the Software Center application on your computer.
- Locate and click on Adobe Creative Cloud Manager.
- Click on Install. The program may take a while to install and several long pauses are normal.
UTRGV Mac Computers:
- Go to Adobe.com
- Click on Sign In
- Enter your UTRGV email and Click Sign In
- Click on Enterprise ID
- Log in with your UTRGV credentials
- Click Apps at the top
- Click Download under Creative Cloud
- Run the downloaded program. If you are on a UTRGV computer, accept all prompts for Priv managment to install.

Launch Adobe Creative Cloud
Once the installation has completed:
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud
- Click on Sign in with an Enterprise ID
- Enter your UTRGV email address click Sign In
- After you are redirected to the UTRGV login page, enter your UTRGV credentials
Troubleshooting:
If you had a prior version or the instructions above are unsuccessful, you may need to download Creative Cloud Uninstaller.
- Download the Creative Cloud Uninstaller
- Right-click on the file and select extract all.
- Run the program. If you are on a UTRGV computer, right click on the file and select the UTRGV Run-Elevated to install the program with PowerBroker.
- After the uninstaller has successfully completed, reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud following the instructions above.
