Students enrolled in the current semester and current UTRGV employees can download and install Microsoft Office 365.
- On the computer where you want Microsoft 365 installed, log in to my.utrgv.edu.
- Under Applications, click the Office 365 icon.
- Click Apps in the lower-left corner.
- Select All Apps.
- In the top-right corner, click Install Office, then select Microsoft 365 apps.
The installation will automatically download to your default download location.
- Once the download completes, open the file and follow the Installation Wizard prompts to finish installing the software.
- When prompted, sign in using your UTRGV email address and password to activate Microsoft 365.
Note: The license will remain active as long as you are currently enrolled or employed with the university.
