Change or Reset Your P-Account Password

Change your password (if you know your current password)

• Go to myaccount.utrgv.edu. 
• Select Change Password (right side).
• Enter your username in the p-abc123@utrgv.edu format. 
• Follow the prompts to complete the process.

- OR - 

• On a UTRGV Windows computer, press Alt+Ctrl+Del.
• Select Change password.
• Enter your username in the p-abc123@utrgv.edu format. 
• Follow the prompts to complete the process.  

Reset your password

If you have registered your p-account for MFA (so there is an alternate email address associated with your account):

• Go to myaccount.utrgv.edu. 
• Select Reset Password or Unlock Account (left side).
• Enter your username in the p-abc123@utrgv.edu format. 
• Follow the prompts to complete the process.

If the above does not work, submit a Service Request to have it reset by the System team.  Include in the ticket description that you have already attempted the change and reset options.  paccount p account
