Microsoft allows you to recover deleted items.
Outlook (installed application)
- Open your Deleted Items folder.
- Select the item(s) to be restored. *
- Right-click on the item(s) and select the Move option.
- Select Other Folder, browse to the desired folder, and select OK.
If the email no longer resides in the Outlook application's Deleted Items folder, it may still be recoverable with these instructions:
- Select the Deleted Items folder.
- On the ribbon, select the Home tab and select Recover Deleted Items from Server (in the Actions group).
- Select the desired item(s) and select OK.
Office 365 Outlook (online)
- Open your Deleted Items folder.
- Select the item(s) to be restored. *
- Select Restore from the options at the top of the email list.
* If recovering multiple items:
- Hold down the Shift key to select contiguous items.
- Hold down the Ctrl key to select non-contiguous items.
