You may see the error below if you have accessed another Microsoft account, besides your UTRGV account, (Hotmail, Outlook, Live, etc) via your web browser.
Remediation
- Log out of the other Microsoft account and close all browser windows. Then, you should be able to re-open a browser window and access your UTRGV account through the https://my.utrgv.edu portal.
- If you still see the error, please clear your browser cache. Then, close all browser windows and try again.
Note: You must have a valid student status or be a current employee to access email.
