The Class Schedule Change Request (CSCR) site is used to submit requests when scheduling access is closed to departments. Through this portal, departments can request updates to course offerings and schedule details. Common request types include new class sections, changes to meeting times or locations, instructor updates, course capacity adjustments, and other scheduling-related modifications.
Requesting Access
Departments must be granted access before using the CSCR site.
To request access, email scheduling@utrgv.edu and include your role (requestor or approver) and department information. Access must be approved before you can sign in and submit requests.
Login
After access has been granted, sign in to the Class Schedule Change Request (CSCR) site using your UTRGV email address and password.
