In many cases, computers, phones, and printers attempt to reconnect before network equipment has fully recovered. Please complete the steps below before submitting a ticket.
Wireless Devices
- Restart the device
- Ensure Wi‑Fi is turned on and connected to the correct network.
Wired Devices
Konica Multifunction Devices or Other Printers
(Printing and Scan to Email)
- Unplug the device’s power cable.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable.
- Allow the device to fully reboot.
- Try printing or scanning again.
Phone / Computer / Laptop
If the computer’s network cable connects to the back of a Cisco phone:
- Disconnect the network cable from the phone port that connects to the wall plate.
