ListServ - How To: Edit Owners/Editors

Only Owners of the list can make these types of changes. 

Adding/Removing Owners:

  1. Sign into LISTSERV at https://listserv.utrgv.edu
  2. Click on “List Dashboard” menu on the left-hand side. 
  3. Click on"Owner", then your name. 

4. To add an owner simply type in the UTRGV email then click update. To remove an owner delete the name from the Owner list then click update. 

 

Adding/Removing an Editor:

  1. Sign into LISTSERV at https://listserv.utrgv.edu
  2. Click on “List Dashboard” menu on the left-hand side. 
  3. Click on any name listed in the "Editor" column. (See last screenshot if the Editor column is not shown.)

4. To remove an Editor simplyerase the UTRGV email address then click "Update". To add an Editor type in the UTRGV email then click "Update". Ex. appadmin@utrgv.edu removed and john.doe@utrgv.edu added. 

5. Changes made to the Editor column are reflected. 

 

* If the Editor column is missing click "Customize Report"> drag "Editor" from "Available Columns" to "Report Columns" then click save.
