CyberArk - macOS Software Installation

IMPORTANT: Please make sure any installation files are in Downloads folder, otherwise installation will NOT proceed.

1. Package Installation *.pkg (Common installation)

a. Double click on the application you want to install.

b. A pop-up will appear named “Launch with elevated privileges”, verify that is the application you want to install and click OK.

c. Continue normally with installation process.

 

2. Disk Image Installation *.dmg (Disk Image or Drag & Drop)

a. Open *.dmg file.

b. Image file will mount and a new pop-up will appear requesting to Drag and Drop the Application to the Applications Folder.

c. Right click on Application (do NOT Drag and Drop as requested) and select CyberArk EMP: Copy to Applications.

d. A pop-up will appear named “Launch with elevated privileges”, enter your password and press OK.

e. At this point, you might want to close the Installation pop-up and Eject the Disk Image.
