1. Locate the CyberArk EPM icon from the Menu Bar.
2. Click on Request Settings. (This allows CyberArk to update with the newest policies.)
3. Click the CyberArk EPM icon from the Menu Bar.
4. Click About CyberArk EPM > Last Policy Update should reflect an updated date and time of policy retrieval.
