Examples of protected information include social security numbers, FERPA, and HIPAA information.

Who is eligible to use LiquidFiles?

How does LiquidFiles Work?

LiquidFiles send and receive files with protected information securely using encrypted email links while they are in transit.

  1. Sending Files – (Transfer)
    • Send a link to download a secure or large (over 10MB) file.
  2. Requesting Files - (Receive)
    • Send a link to request uploading a file.
    • Users do not need to be registered to receive an email link.
    • This Link is a one-time use ONLY and will expire when the file is delivered.
    • If a link needs to be used more than once, use Filedrop.

What is a Filedrop?

A Filedrop is an easy way to receive files with no prior registration required. A Filedrop is a permanent URL that you can use to receive files with restrictive or sensitive information such as social security numbers, FERPA, and HIPPA information.

What is included in the Recipient email?
