This is a step-by-step guide on how to add a ZOOM calendar with recurring meetings to your course.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- 1. Access your ZOOM tool link in your Brightspace course.
- 2. On the home page, select a recurring meeting you have created.
- 3. In Time, select the Outlook Calendar (.ics)

**This will download a .ics file, please do not open or move.**
- 4. Next, navigate to your Brightspace course, and go to Tools, then Calendar.
- 5. Select Import Events.
- 6. Upload the .ics file in Choose File and import.
- 7. The ZOOM calendar should now be in your course with the invite link for your students.

- • If you do not see your calendar right away in your Brightspace, refresh the page; or clear cookies and cache.
