Introduction:
Manage your OneNote Class Notebook with ease, keep your course organized, and ensure the right students have access to collaborative notes and assignments in just a few simple steps!
This step-by-step guide walks instructors through the process of adding and removing students from their Class Notebook in Brightspace.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
If students should be added to the Class Notebook before they access it (e.g. for group work), they will need to be added manually.
- 1. Select the OneNote Class Notebook link.
- 2. Select Add or remove students.
- 3. Search for a student or enter a UTRGV email in the "Add new students" text box.
- 4. Once found, select the student.
- 5. Continue adding students. When finished, select Next.
- 6. A confirmation screen will open. Select Update.
- 7. Students will receive an email from "Sharepoint App" with a link to access the Class Notebook.
