How to Access H5P from Brightspace?

Introduction:

This support article will go over the process to access and create H5P content from your Brightspace course.

How to access H5P from your course?

1. 1. Access your course in Brightspace.
2. 2. Locate a content/page where you want to add an H5P activity.
3. 3. Click on Creator+ Authoring Tools and select H5P Interactives.

5. 4. Select Add Content.

• 5. Choose the content type you would like to add, e.g., interactive video.
• TIP: If you select the Details button (to the right of the content name) you will be taken to a page where you can read an explanation of the content type, see example screenshots, and view a content demo. To see a list of different content to choose from, visit H5P Content Types. 
• 
• 6. Build the H5P activity.
  
• 7. Go down to the bottom of the page and select the LTI settings tab in the side menu.
• 8. Under Choose when to send scores to the LMS, select one of the following options from the drop-down menu: First Attempt, Last Attempt, or Best Attempt. 
• 9. Select Save and Insert.
• 
• 10. Click on Insert to add the content to your course.
