Course content reports in Brightspace provide insights into student engagement by showing how many learners accessed content and how much time they spent on it. Instructors can view overall course statistics as well as detailed data for specific modules and topics.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
NOTES:
- A user who visits multiple times is only counted once.
- The total number of users counted in statistics does not include any users with the Manage Content permission.
- Calculated time users spent viewing overall content or individual modules or topics does not include user session timeouts and users currently visiting content, modules, and topics as you view statistic details.
- 1. Log into Brightspace and access your Course.
- In your course's navigation bar, navigate to [a] Content.
- On the content left-side panel, click on the [b] gear icon. Then select [c] View Reports on the drop-down menu.

- 2. On the Report Page, select one of the following tabs:
- Content – View an overview of how many students visited the content in your course.
- Users – View statistics for a particular user. Or Group by accessing the options in View By: ...

Note: To export, click on the Export Statistics button, then in the Export Statistics pop-up window, click the link to download the file to your computer.
