Body
The global address book syncs with your Outlook program automatically. However, if there is an issue and your global address book is out of date, you can manually download a fresh copy.
- Open Outlook application on your desktop or laptop.
- Click File.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click Download Address Book
- In the window, uncheck Download changes since last Send/Receive.
- On the drop-down, Choose Address Book should be \Employees List and click OK.
- Close and reopen Outlook for the changes to take effect.
