Microsoft Office 365 - Update Online Directory and Microsoft Office 365 Contact Information

Please follow these instructions to update your contact information for the UTRGV online directory and for Office 365 applications such as Outlook and Skype. 

  • Phone number -  must be updated directly by the employee via PeopleSoft. 
  • Location (campus, building, room) - Updated with a Location/Supervisor CPAF submitted by the employee's supervisor or department's administrative staff.
  • Title - Only HR can update an employee title (through the ePaf process).
