Withdraw a Service Request or Incident
Body
- Log into the my.utrgv.edu portal.
- Click on IT Support Center application.
- From Quick Links on the right, click on “My Tickets.”
- Click on the title of the ticket.
- Click on the red Withdraw Request button.
- Select the reason, enter desired comments and click on Withdraw.
- Click on OK to confirm.
