Pop-ups may need to be enabled to access certain systems, such as login pages, forms, or reports that open in a new window.
Follow these steps to allow pop-ups in the Google Chrome browser:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Select the Chrome menu (three vertical dots in the top‑right corner), then choose Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Select Site settings.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects.
- Under Default behavior, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
- Close the Settings tab.
