Managing Templates for Electronic Signature

Body

This article is for UTRGV PowerForm (PF) Senders and Admins with the PF Sender and PF Admin -Template Creator Roles

When using templates you can add placeholder roles to your recipient's list. Typically, you use placeholder roles for the recipients rather than named persons, as you likely will send the template to different people every time you use it.

You can create a template from scratch, or you can copy an existing template and make changes to it. You can also use the Save as Template feature to make a template out of any of your existing envelopes. You can save a template with as little or as much information as you like. You can save it with just a title or just a document, or any other level of completeness.

Create

1. From the Templates page, click NEW and select Create Template.
