UTRGV Account Management (Self-Service)

What Is It?

Self-service account management allows current UTRGV students, faculty, and staff to manage their UTRGV account online from any computer at any time.

Eliminates the need to contact the IT Service Desk when you can't (cannot) login or if you want to update account settings.

The options available are:

  • Activate Account
  • I Forgot my Password
  • I Need to Unlock my Account
  • I Forgot my Username
  • Change my Password
  • Update Alternate Email Address
  • Update Security Questions
