Administrative System Support

Administrative System Support includes working with UT Shared Information Services (UTSIS) and internal IT departments to support issue resolution for UTRGV administrative ERP systems and ensure systems are up-to-date with regular patches.  Other functions include

  • change to existing processes due to new requirements or process improvements,
  • implementation of a new functional module(s) or new functionality to enhance existing software experience,
  • thorough testing for every change/implementation to ensure correct system functionality and data integrity/consistency,
  • support of 3rd-party application integrations into or from ERP systems,
  • new functionality research and recommendation,
  • software assessment,

and other tasks to ensure administrative system continuity.
