Web Browser - Clear Cache, Cookies, and History

1. Press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (all together) for Windows 
   or, Command-Shift-Delete for Mac.
2. Set time range to "all time or everything".
3. Choose what you wanted cleared.
4. Select  "Clear" or "Delete" option.
5. Once the cache is cleared, close ALL browser windows, and reopen one to try again.

Search the help menu of your browser for "clear cache".

To find out the version of your browser click the Help tab and click About [browser name]
